The short answer is most carpet manufacturers will recommend every 12-18 months.

The longer answer would be that it’s based on a lot factors such as:

• Do you have pets?
• Do you have children?
• Have your Carpets been treated with Scotchgard?
• Do you take your shoes off when inside?
• Do you vacuum regularly?
• Your overall level of home cleanliness.
• Does your budget allow for more frequent visits?
• The list goes on.

We have some customers that call us back every 3-6 months. The main reason for Cleaning your carpets is to maintain a healthy environment. Of course, we also want them to continue to look great, too.
