Brian met with us immediately after we called, let us borrow carpet samples to see how they would look next to our tile, and came out to measure the rooms the next day. We were given lots of options for carpet color, texture, and padding, and never felt like we were being forced towards one or the other. The installation crew worked quickly and professionally to haul away our old carpets and put the new ones in. When, later, we found one spot where the carpet pad didn’t feel just right, they came back out and took care of it right away. We love our carpets and they look absolutely perfect in the house.”

My wife and I purchased a new home and we were looking to replace a tiled area with carpeting. GCS came out to the home with plenty of samples and Brian helped us select the perfect carpeting. On installation day, the installers were prompt and very courteous, the entire tile tear-out and carpet replacement only took a few hours and the job was completed to perfection. We were so impressed that we immediately hired GCS for tile/grout cleaning and carpet cleaning throughout the whole home! We couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the existing carpeting/tile looks brand new! I highly recommend Brian and GCS, there is simply no reason to use anyone else!”

Brian met with us immediately after we called, let us borrow carpet samples to see how they would look next to our tile, and came out to measure the rooms the next day. We were given lots of options for carpet color, texture, and padding, and never felt like we were being forced towards one or the other. Brian is amazing. He cleaned my Moms carpets and got all pet stains and odors out and was so thoughtful and helpful to her. She is a senior and he was super kind and didn't take advantage of her. He also clean my carpets yesterday and they look fantastic. Whats really awesome is that they were not soaking wet. They seriously look brand new and my carpet is 10 years old. Very trustworthy. I wasn't even there when he cleaned them. That's how much I trust him. 5 star for sure.”
